The Area

Siviez, the highest situated ski area in the French speaking area of Vallees - Four Valleys, is located 1730 m above sea level. Administratively, it belongs to the municipality of Nendaz. Siviez lies at the foot of the Printze (river) valley, in the middle of 4 Vallees and gives direct access to the ski lifts towards Tortin, Combatseline and Plan-du-Fou, allowing easy access to Verbier, Veysonnaz and Nendaz. From Siviez it is closest to the nearest highest peak of the region, Mont Fort (3329 m) and Greppon Blanc (2713 m).

Residence Rosablanche, located at the end of the Route de Siviez, is an ideal place to stay for families and groups of friends who want to gather together to experience either a pure downhill ski or a 'mountain holiday'. 

From the top of Mont Fort, which can be reached by fast chair lift and Telecabine, there is a beautiful, panoramic view of the Alps and the highest summits of the Alps - Mont Blanc (4810 m), and the majestic Matternhorn (4478 m). From the top you can take the FIS route along the glacier. Mont Fort is surrounded by several glaciers, the largest of which is Glacier de Tortin (north-west side). The second largest glacier is Glacier du Mont Fort located on the north-east side. Glacier du Petit Mont Fort glacier, located between the two peaks of Mont Fort and Petit du Mont Fort. The small Lac du Petit Mont Fort (2764 m) is located south of the summit.

Four Valleys are 412 km of ski runs, open from November to the end of April, including 107 km of black routes, 169 km of red trails and 136 km of blue trails. Something for everyone :).

In the summer Siviez is an ideal base for walking and mountain biking with lifts staying open during all of the holiday seasons. The altitude and position also provide a temperate and comfortable climate during summer heat when temperatures in the valley soar - C44 is also available for short or long let’s to valley dwellers seeking a mountain escape for the summer.

Getting around

You can reach Siviez by bus, car or taxi. During Ski season it is also now possible to take the lift system on foot between Siviez and Haute Nendaz and Verbier.

Siviez is an easy drive from Geneva, by train to Sion and bus or car from Sion 12 km (to Haute-Nendaz). Then still 9km to Siviez (Super-Nendaz) by car, free ski bus in ski season or even now (in ski season) by interconnecting ski lifts from Verbier or Haute Nendaz.

There is free parking for one car per apartment in the barrier controlled car park by the front entrance to Block C. 

The barrier key/permit will be directly handed to the clients with the apartment and ski locker key at check-in in the apartment by our representative ( a cash deposit of 300 £/CHF/Euro is required - which will be refunded after satisfactory check-out).

Our guests have the option to upgrade to a private garage parking beneath the apartment by arrangement with host or our representative- it costs CHF 150 per week.
